KYOWVA EVANGELISTIC ASSOCIATIONsince 1950, with the assistance of many individuals, congregations, Bible Classes, and Fellowships has been able to either start or assist over fifty different congregations and four camps and only God knows how many individuals, for a period of time.
KYOWVADESIRES TO CONTINUE this vital ministry and needs the prayers and financial support of faithful followers.Jesus and KYOWVA sees the saving of souls and the assisting of the Lord’s congregations as being very important (Matthew 28:18-20).

1)Make your request on your “Christian Church” or “Church Of Christ” letterhead, allowing several weeks advance scheduling to be certain that othersdo nothavethe disc scheduled.State the date(s) desiring to show the DVDs and state when youwill have the DVD(s) back to KYOWVA (C.E.V.L. = Christian Education Visual Library). If you have borrowed DVD previously and choose to use E-Mail, be certain to complete the form in its entirety and make certain that you receive a confirmation for your request. This confirmation may take up to a week to receive.
2)State who will be responsible for the materials and give home address, phone number, and E-Mail.
3)State that you will not charge anyone to view the DVD, nor will you permit them to be copied, andthat you will be certain to return the DVD at the agreed upon time.

5)Understand that C.E.V.L. is a free lending ministry through which God's people can be blessed;owever, donations are welcome and they are Tax Deductible.Some church’s have donated series of DVD's to us so that brethren can make use of them.
6)Be certain to critique the DVD prior to viewing by the audience.It will allowyou time tocorrect anyfalse teachings, such as prayingthe sinner's prayer.If you make anystudy guides for the DVD series, wewouldappreciate a copy so that it may be combined with others and used by future users.
7) Our DVD inventory list continues to grow as we add new DVDs periodically.Thus, interested brethren should search our listing on our web page periodically.
GRATUITOUS BAILMENT AGREEMENT made (date)______________________________
between THE "CHRISTIAN EDUCATION VISUAL LIBRARY", herein referred to as "C .E.V.L." and __________________________________________________________________________________________
herein referred to as "borrower" . Showing date(s) of the program are desired to begin__________________ and conclude on______________________________________
Borrower acknowledges receipt of the following listed property, and accepts such property subject to the conditions listed below. Most disc are limited to four lessons per tape.

1. Borrower agrees to use property in a careful and proper manner, and shall comply with all .laws, ordinances, and regulations relating to the possession, use, or maintenance of such property . Borrower agrees to charge no admission to any DVD exhibitions, and agrees not to duplicate or attempt to duplicate any materials in any manner. The property shall be used only for the purpose of religious and educational DVD exhibitions.
2. Borrower hereby assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property from any cause . In the event of loss or damage, borrower shall pay to C .E.V.L. an amount necessary to effect such repairs or replacements as are necessary.
3. C.E.V.L. assumes no responsibility for damages due to malfunction of the listed property.
4. Borrower hereby agrees to return the listed property to C .E.V.L. on or before (date). Failure to return the property by the agreed-upon date
results in a breach of this agreement. Borrower agrees to pay C.E.V.L. the sum of Five Dollars $5 .00 per day in liquidated damages for each day after the above-agreed date that borrower fails to return the property.
5. If there is a breach of paragraph(s) 2 or 4, an action in law or in equity will lie in C .E.V.L. In the event that an action is filed in relation to this agreement, resulting in a judgment or settlement in favor of C.E.V.L., borrower will pay to C .E.V.L., in addition to all other sums that he may be called upon to pay, a reasonable sum for C .E.V.L.'s attorneys' fees. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement at 1541 S. 7th Street in Ironton, OH 45638-2175 the day and year first above written.
